Download the Alert Plus Package
- Visit shop.bamboosolutions.com and log in with your Bamboo Shop account and password.
- Navigate to the Downloads section on the far right side of the screen.
- Locate the Alert Plus entry and click the Download button at the end of that row.
- Once downloaded, extract the package to your local machine.
Upgrade/Install in SharePoint
- Go to your SharePoint Admin Center and access the App Catalog.
- Delete the existing AlertAdmin.sppkg and AlertMe.sppkg file from the App Catalog.
- Upload the new .sppkg files one at a time you just extracted.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to enable the updated application.
Upgrade Alert Admin on Your Test Site (this should not be needed for Alert Me if Alert Me is deployed to all sites in the tenant).
- On your test SharePoint site, click the Gear Icon (⚙️) and select Add an App.
- Scroll to the bottom under Added Apps and find Alert Admin
- Click the Alert Admin tile.
- On the next screen, after ~30 seconds, the button will change from Added to Upgrade.
- Click Upgrade and allow a few minutes for the update to complete.
