Bamboo Tenant Manager
Setting up Tenant Manager with a Tenant App Catalog:

1. Install latest Tenant Manager package (.sppkg) to your App Catalog
Install the package by navigating to your tenant's App Catalog, then dragging and dropping the .sppkg file into your app catalog
2. Deploy "Bamboo Tenant Manager" on the App Catalog level
You need to deploy the "Bamboo Tenant Manager" webpart on the same level as your app catalog. To do this, navigate to your app catalog and click "Site Contents", it should be located in the quick menu on the left-hand side.
Once you are in your Site Contents, deploy the Tenant Manager app by selecting the "New" drop down, and then choosing "App".
You will then be taken to a screen where you can see all the applications available for you to deploy, it will look something like this:
From the "Apps you can add" section, find and click "Add" on the Tenant Manager webpart. It will notify you at the top of your screen when the app has been successfully added.
3. Verify the "Bamboo Tenant Manager" List exists
After adding the app, navigate to the Site Contents where you deployed Tenant Manager and verify that the "Bamboo Tenant Manager" List exists.
If for some reason the list does not exist, create a list entitled "Bamboo Tenant Manager" in the same site contents where you added the Tenant Manager app and ensure it has the following column names and associated data types:
- Title
-- Single Line - Value
-- Multi-Line
4. Add Tenant Manager to a page

Type this URL into your address bar: <"your app catalogs url"/SitePages>

an example would look something like this: https://mysitesname.sharepoint.com/sites/AppCatalog/SitePages

Create a New "Web Part Page"
- Add Name of Page
- Select Layout
- Change Save Location to "Site Pages" (this is an important step)
- Click the "Create" Button
Once the site page is created you need to put the Tenant Manager App on the page.
- Click Add a web part, this will pop open a ribbon at the top of your screen that looks like this:
- Select "Bamboo Solution" from Categories
- Select "Bamboo Tenant Manager" from Parts
- Click "Add" on the far-right bottom side of the ribbon
- Publish your page!
You have successfully set up Bamboo Tenant Manager for use.
5. License your products!
Scroll through your list of bamboo products that you have deployed and find the product you are trying to license and follow the below steps:
- Click on the product you want to license
- Copy and paste the contents of your .lic file into the "Licensing" box (I suggest opening the .lic file in notepad and copying it that way)
- Check "I agree with policy"
- Click "Submit"
If you want to confirm that the license information was accepted as a value, navigate to the "Bamboo Tenant Manager" list and there will be a new entry in that list with the product name and the .lic file contents as the value.
Setting up Tenant Manager with a Site Collection App Catalog:
1. Install latest Tenant Manager package (.sppkg) to your App Catalog
You can install the package by navigating to your Site Collection's App Catalog, then dragging and dropping the .sppkg file into your app catalog
2. Deploy "Bamboo Tenant Manager"
You need to deploy the "Bamboo Tenant Manager" webpart to the same Site Collection as your app catalog. To do this, navigate to the Site Collection's "Site Contents".
Once you are in your Site Contents, deploy the Tenant Manager app by selecting the "New" drop down, and then choosing "App".
You will then be taken to a screen where you can see all the applications available for you to deploy, it will look something like this:

Navigate to the Site Contents where you deployed Tenant Manager and verify that the "Bamboo Tenant Manager" List exists.

- Click add a webpart in the usual manner you add webparts to pages
- Select "Bamboo Tenant Manager"
- Publish the page!

- Click on the product you want to license
