File Share Library Not Listed In Creation Screen

PROBLEM:
After I install File Share Library and receive a message that installation was successful, but when I go to Create a new library of type File Share Library, File Share Library is not listed as an option.


CAUSE:
To provide flexibility for the SharePoint Administrators, the SharePoint File Share Library is controlled through Site Collection Features.  When the SharePoint File Share Library feature is not Active, it will not be displayed as an option in Libraries section in the Create page.

RESOLUTION:

a. Login as a Site Collection Administrator.  
b. Go to Site Settings of the site you want the SharePoint File Share Library to be available.  
c. In the Site Collection Administration section, click Site Collection Features.  
d. Locate entry Bamboo File Share Library.  Click Activate as highlighted below:

Repeat for all Site Collections.
