Printing in Calendar Plus

Color Printing:
	To enable color printing from Calendar Plus  Open the Internet Explorer > Tools menu > Internet Options > Advanced tab. Scroll down to the section for Printing. Check the box for “Print background colors and images”. Internet Explorer may need to be closed and re-opened before this change takes effect.
Other Tips and Tricks:
	The Calendar Plus Web Part does not have its own print functionality. The print command opens an HTML window for printing.  So printing depends on the browser and OS of your desktop. If you find you are having difficulties printing you may want to check your print settings. For Instance, if you are not seeing your calendar entries when you print (the printed calendar appears blank), please try the following: Click the print icon. When the print page is displayed, right click it and then click the Print Preview button. Hit the icon that looks like a gear and make sure you have landscape and 11x17 paper selected and click save. In this view verify that the calendar looks as it should and print. Try printing again. If the calendar is not printing correctly, the size is wrong or the text appears to be "scrunched up", then try the following changes: Go back to the Print Preview In the last dropdown on the top on the right you should have a Shrink to Fit option, reset that to something between 60% and 80% See if the calendar is now visible and will print. Note: We currently only support Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 or higher on Windows for SP 2007, and Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 or higher on Windows for SP 2010.
