Manually activate a Bamboo Solutions Product with License Manager

1. Launch License Manager, select the appropriate DLL and input the product's license key.
  

  2. Click ACTIVATE to access the licensing options.
  3.Select ACTIVATE BY EMAIL OR PHONE. 
 

  4.Click CONTINUE to access the Serial Number and Machine Key. Log in to My Bamboo and follow these instructions to generate an activation key: Generating Activation Keys and Deactivating License Keys Via My Bamboo

If the activation process generates an error message, contact Bamboo's Support Team to receive an activation key/unlock code to complete the activation process. Include the name of the product, the license key, and the machine key information as text (not as a screen capture) in your support ticket. 
 

  5.Enter the unlock code received from My Bamboo or your Bamboo support ticket. 
 

  6.Click CONTINUE to complete the activation process.
