Sometimes, after an error has been corrected, the Alert Plus Web Part still displays the error message. It does not release it after the correction is made.
Do the following:
-- Follow the steps as indicated in the attached document. This will ensure that the Web Part has been properly installed.
-- Add a new instance of the Alert Plus Web Part to the page. Make sure to configure it correctly.
-- Verify that the second Web Part does not display the error message.
-- Remove the previous Web Part from the page.
