OnLoad: The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

Symptoms:

A Bamboo web part or product displays this error on a page, or the Bamboo Web License Manager displays this error in Central Administration when a user tries to activate or check status of a web part:

 OnLoad: The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

Cause:

This issue occurs when the Bamboo Web License Manager DLL is not loading properly.

This issue can also occur when the deployment of a web part/product was disrupted by an issue in the server environment (for example: deleting a web application to which a product was deployed).  After deploying the solution(s) again, this error may occur.

Resolution:

To resolve this issue, you must recycle the Central Administration Application Pool (for the error in Web License Manager), or the content web Application pool (for an error on a product page), on each server in the farm that is running the Web Application service.
